Theses are the terms in which we, Amiable Sweets and client, agree to once payment is sent.

• All sales are final.
• No item will be reserved if it has not been paid in full
• There is a 15 minute grace period for pick up, anything beyond that can be discussed but not promised
• Pick up person must be on the order form to receive item
• We have to right to refuse any service due to disrespect, history of non-payment or history of late pick up

Pick up times have a 15 minute grace period, if items are not picked up within grace period there will be NO refund given. Please keep your fruit in the freezer if you choose not to enjoy them in one setting. PLEASE BE SURE TO KNOW THE DATE EACH SALE IS, NO OTHER DATES WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please respect our business as we respect you.
